The 8 ft banquet table is a rectangle that seats up to 8 guests and works well for buffet lines and long seating rows. The 5 ft round table puts guests in a circle so everyone can see each other, which suits sit-down meals.

No. Fitted table covers are rented separately, and the table itself must be ordered separately. Covers come in 12 colors for 8 ft banquet and 5 ft round tables and 4 colors for 36 inch round tables.

We do not typically set up tables and chairs. They are left under the tent canopy or at your delivery spot for you to arrange for your event.

We do offer set up of tables and chairs for an additional charge. Pricing on tables and chairs does not include set-up.

Chairs can be rented for any outdoor function or ceremony without the need for any shelter.

Our furniture grade wooden tables must be kept away from rain and cannot be rented for an outdoor function without a party tent or other overhead sheltering. We have a limited number of plastic tables available for outdoor events without shelter, so call 570-335-1581 and we will check availability for you.

Yes. Tables and chairs work in halls, garages and homes as well as outdoors. For a cold-weather outdoor event, add a white party tent with sidewalls and heaters from our party tent accessories.

This is a question we hear quite a bit. Unfortunately, there is not one specific answer. Because we accept online bookings, equipment can be reserved at any time by anyone without prior knowledge by us.

We find that for larger events of 150 people or more then at least six months in advance is a good rule of thumb. Smaller events of under 100 people can usually be reserved within a few months.

Party tents, dance floors and portable event flooring are typically delivered and set up the day prior to your event and picked up the day after your event. If you've rented other items such as tables and chairs, concession items, and/or yard games then they will be delivered at the same time.

Please be advised that if rain is expected during the day after your event then we may have to arrive the day after that in order to pick up. Ultimately we reserve the right to leave our equipment for up to 72 hours (three days) after the date of your event if necessary. We will call you at least 48 hours before the delivery date to schedule a delivery window.

In most cases the answer is yes. The price on all larger equipment such as our party tents, bounce houses, and dance floors includes set up and tear down. Some smaller items such as lighting installation in tents is also included in the price of those items.

Yes, because of our limited inventory we require a 50% deposit on all rental equipment at the time of reservation. A credit/debit card must be used for the initial deposit on any reserved rental equipment. The remaining amount is due at the time of delivery. Our DJ services require a deposit between $100 - $250 depending on the exact nature of your event.

Deposits paid on rental services are non-refundable for any event cancelled within 60 calendar days of the purposed event date. Rental services cancelled with notice of over 60 calendar days are entitled to a full refund of the paid deposit.

Retainers (deposits) for our disc jockey services are non-refundable once payment is made.

In some particular cases deposits are retained (as a rain check) for a period of time and can be applied to another order in the future. Rain checks are only given on a case by case basis and are not granted for all cancellations.
