Once reserved, you get an immediate confirmation of your reservation and we will follow up with you to arrange the delivery of your dance floor rentals. We then take care of the setup of your items and ensure proper anchoring to keep everyone safe. After your event, we will come back and take down your tent and other items, returning them to our warehouse where they are cleaned and sanitized in preparation for the next tent rental customer. By doing this, each of our customers are assured of a clean and safe tent for their party.
All of our dance floors and event flooring options are made of commercial-grade materials and designed for your event. They also include all of the latest safety features which is something you won’t get from items available at local retail stores. Please Note: These are rented in 4' x 4' sections, once installed each section is 3.75 FT. by 3.75 FT. approximately 14 square feet per each section. (Example: 16 sections will provide a floor that is 15 Ft x 15 Ft or 225 square feet total)

Frequently Asked Questions About Dance Floor Rentals
We find that for larger events of 150 people or more then at least six months in advance is a good rule of thumb. Smaller events of under 100 people can usually be reserved within a few months.
Please be advised that if rain is expected during the day after your event then we may have to arrive the day after that in order to pick up. Ultimately we reserve the right to leave our equipment for up to 72 hours (three days) after the date of your event if necessary.
If you rent tables and chairs, we do not typically set those up. They are left under the tent canopy for you to set up how you see fit for your particular event. We do however offer set up of tables and chairs for an additional charge.
Retainers (deposits) for our disc jockey services are non-refundable once payment is made.
In some particular cases deposits are retained (as a rain check) for a period of time and can be applied to another order in the future. Rain checks are only given on a case by case basis and are not granted for all cancellations.
